Exchange and Return Policy – Nooram Bedding

Local Orders:

  1. We are happy to exchange any unworn item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, and with the original receipt, if claimed within 7 days of delivery.

  2. You can return the item to the provided address after confirmation by a Nooram Bedding representative.

  3. Products must be returned in new condition, with all tags and pricing labels securely attached.

  4. Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

  5. Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting or screen display settings. Products cannot be exchanged for these reasons.

  6. Exchange for another item is allowed. However, any price difference must be paid by the customer.

  7. We do not compensate for courier charges incurred when customers return items unless specifically requested by a Nooram Bedding representative.

  8. Stitched products cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.

International Orders:

  1. Once an order is in process, it cannot be canceled. If a customer wishes to cancel an order before processing, 50% of the payment will be deducted as a processing fee.

  2. No returns or exchanges are offered on international orders.

  3. In case of receiving a defective or damaged item, a replacement will be sent after necessary investigations. Customers must report the issue within 7 days of receiving their order.

  4. No refunds or exchanges will be offered in cases of change of mind.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
